Foreign workers...

According some research, number of foreign workers has a rapid increase in this few years. Some specialist has predicted that the number of foreign workers will keep increase and will be multiply from its original number. Is that good for hire a foreign workers? Do the foreign do us a favor and benefit to us? My answer is, Yes. The foreign workers have the advantages to the advance of our economic.

First, the foreign workers are cheaper than the local workers. So the company can have more man power with the same amount of money. The greater man power, the more work can be done and done it more quickly. Consequent of that is the augment of the productivity. With that consequence, economic of our country can be improved.

Besides that, some of the foreign workers attitude is better than the local workers. Foreign workers have gone through a hard time when they came to our country and go through some complicated procedure. They also have their family in their own country or hometown and they wished to earn more money to let them have a better living style. So they will work harder and more willing to change or learn the new thing compare to local workers.

In conclude, the advantages of foreign workers have make their number in Malaysia grow bigger and bigger. Although hired the foreign workers have some drawback and I think the drawback can be prevented. So the foreign workers are benefit to us.
