Junk food is well known as food that is quick and easy to prepare and but that is thought to be bad for health. Junk food is bad for health and it can cause obesity. So, if want to have a balance diet, junk food has to be strictly avoided.
Junk food has content a lot coloring, carbohydrates, sugar and other unwanted substance to our body. Some substances like favoring and coloring are even toxic and harm to our body. If we have take the junk food before the meal, our body has to release more enzymes to cracks and dissolves the substance. If we take the meal at the same time, our body has to work more and yet can not fully absorb the nutrient from our daily meal.
In conclude, junk food should be highly avoided especially to children and teenagers. They need more nutrients to sufficient their body need to enable them to grow well.
