Obesity in Malaysia

In Malaysia, 55% of the children have the problem of obesity. Obesity is a bigger problem among adults and children. This problem can cause disease such as heart attack, diabetes and others. Obesity is caused by the uncontrolled diet or genetic problem. There are some ways to overcome this problem which is balanced diet, exercise and take advice from the doctor. A balanced diet is highly needed to overcome obesity. A balanced diet has to constantly maintain for every day

To have a balanced diet, the food pyramid is needed to know with full knowledge; we should according to food pyramid. When taking daily meal, we should take carbohydrate in a large amount to support our daily activities. Carbohydrate and protein are highly needed to supply energy to our body, in order to carry out the daily work. Besides that, fruits and vegetables are rich in vitamin C, fibre and mineral. It is good for our body to increase the rate of metabolism and repair damage inside the body.

We are encouraged to have a regular meal times so that we can have the balanced diet. A regular meal is needed fro everyone to keep digestion system to function well. It also helps to increase the absorption of the mineral in the food. If no time to have a regular meal times, at least eat something that can reduce hunger. It is better that been starving.

Furthermore, we should not skip meal or eat too much at the same time. We should control our selves to have a constant meal amount for every day. Drink more water is also helps our body to function well.

Balanced diet can help us to do the body controlled. When we are satisfied with our body size and appearance, our confidents will also increase. Besides to increase our confident, slim body also helps to lower the risk to face the disease problem. We can live in a healthier life style with good balanced diet.
